By downloading or using the DeadWax application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data stored within the App on your device.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data provided through the App — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are the property of DeadWax or its licensors. Album metadata and cover artwork are the property of their respective rights holders.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeadWax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
